DEPOSITS & REFUNDS
Registering for a Tour requires a $300 deposit payable by check or any major credit card. The remaining amount due must be paid by check 45 days prior to the trip departure. If you wish to pay the remaining balance by credit card there is an additional $35 processing fee per person. If you cancel your reservation with 45 days or more advance notice, $150 of your deposit is forfeited or you can apply your entire deposit to another tour in the same calendar year or the one following. If you cancel with 15-44 days advance notice you can apply 50% of any amounts paid to another tour in the same or following year; the remaining 50% is forfeited. If you cancel with 14 or fewer days advance notice you forfeit all payments made. Please do not ask us to make exceptions; our tours are often full and a late cancellation usually means we have lost the opportunity to give your spot to someone else. We reserve the right to cancel a Tour or to change an itinerary. However, once our season begins we rarely cancel trips.

SUPPLEMENTS & DISCOUNTS
You may reserve a single room for a per-night supplement of $50 (Florida, Pennsylvania, and Minnesota), $75 (Colorado), or $100 (Europe, MV/Nantucket, Hilton Head, and Lake Tahoe). However, if you are traveling solo and do not wish to pay the single supplement, we will either find you a roommate or give you a single room for free. If you have a group of friends who would like to join you, at five or more persons booking together you will all receive a 10% discount. Children under age 18 accompanying two paying skaters and staying in the same room will receive a 50% discount. You may rent a bicycle on any tour for an additional $25 per day; these fees reflect our costs of renting the bicycles. (Bicycles are included on biking days during Skating Multisport Tours.)

INSURANCE
We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself against unseen circumstances. We will send you information after booking on trip cancellation insurance and health insurance while you are abroad.

PRE-DEPARTURE INFORMATION
After we receive your deposit we will send you a packet with detailed arrival and departure information, suggestions for making travel arrangements, packing list, invoice, insurance information, information about the area we will be visiting and liability waiver.
